Being available for sports, school, meals and work balance, works best when you partner with everyone involved. I run my business the same way. From the CEO to the CFO to the HR Director as well as the employees, collaborating to design customized solutions that are in line with everyone's objectives and goals. As many in this business will attest, I didn't know I would end up in this business, but it has been the most rewarding as I create lasting relationships far beyond "day to day" business activities. To solve a problem and provide a policy that leaves a smile on the faces of the business owner and the employee is very satisfying. For over 30 years that's what i have done.
