As Sr Traceability Consultant for Future of Fish, my role was to assist with development of a toolkit and RFP process, as part of work with the Ocean and Seafood Markets Initiative collaboration.  This role provided me the opportunity to engage with Future of Fish in a short-term collaborative role that ended with the Grant Funding for this project., with the contract ending in March.  

Future of Fish is engaged with many supporting organizations to collaborate on creating a better food system, while protecting and celebrating our oceans.

Supporting recreational excellence at one of the finest playgrounds in North America, the Resort Center F&B Manager was part of a team that operated a Café, Restaurant and 2 bars in the Resort Center, while supporting events and catering at TSV!  Influenced changes in operations, pricing and guest engagement in the Resort Center, growing revenue by 15% year over year.  This role also allowed me to manage procurement for the 17/18 season, and support local growers and businesses, while influencing resource use and the TSV B-Corp status.

Catalina OP specializes in the sale of California Uni and other high quality, sustainably caught, seafood, shellfish, and other products.

Catalina OP is a leader in the management of resources, and in the contribution to the fishing community through practice and involvement.  Ongoing support of the fishery will continue!

Director of Strategy for the Compass Group and Eurest Dining.  Focused on delivery of brand excellence for the Eurest solution at Qualcomm and for managing growth and planning.

Role includes oversight and delivery of services for the Qualcomm client while focusing on recruitment and development of a team of over 120 hospitality professionals, and Culinary Staff in 3 markets at multiple cost centers.

Senior relationship manager for the Intel business in New Mexico.  Led a group of hospitality professionals in the delivery of catering, cafe management, events and integrated delivery of services.  Role included systems implementation, program design and delivery and implementation of the Bon Appetit Circle of Responsibility in delivering sustainable business solutions.

Achieved notable improvements in customer satisfaction, local procurement, and business integration.

Previous role with Bon Appetit was as Region Controller and Sr Analyst for the 140+ unit NW Region.

Sr General Manager, New Mexico

General Manager and Strategic Account contact for the Compass Group on the WaMu/JP Morgan Chase account.  Transition Manager for the former WaMu account to JPMC and part of a Compass team that developed the business model, reporting systems and other support functions for the new relationship with JP Morgan Chase.

Accountable for leading a large team in the delivery of food service, catering, meeting room management and other services.  Full accountability for budgets, guest satisfaction and client priorities.  Also includes planning, design and project oversight for new initiatives.

Sr. General Manager

Project and planning/start-up consultant to Microsoft representing the RE&F Client and Compass around planning and projects for café and conference businesses.  Managed 50+ cross functional projects with budgets up to $30M over 5+ years, bringing resources together to complete all projects on time, at or below budget with minimal change orders and punch lists.

Client liaison role included Project Charter creation, SME support for design, start-up and go-live timing, coordination with equipment suppliers on procurement/budgeting, monitoring lead times, installation coordination, maintaining records on project notes and design parameters, RFI responses, rough-in schedules, site inspections as needed, and plan review coordination including health department submittals.  Worked with firms such as Sellen, GLY, Howard S Wright, Olympic Associates, NBBJ, Gensler, ZGF, Messer/Singh, Clevenger, and others in coordination and delivery.
