Talent Business Partner for, Europe, Asia and UK Support Centre

Partnering with key stakeholders within our International teams and our People team to provide a best in class end to end talent acquisition experience so that we hire the right people for the international business to enable growth across our current locations and new locations we open in. Accountable for sourcing, attracting and onboarding exceptional and diverse talent for all levels with the flexibility to hire across both management and non-management roles.

What I do?

•Develop creative and cost-effective plans for sourcing and attracting candidates in a competitive talent market managing end to end interview processes, offer management and onboarding.
•Business Partner and advise hiring managers/local HR departments on best practise recruitment strategies that support the goals and direction of the business including current need and future projects
•Identify and source temp agencies to be part of our PSL so that when needed we have relationships in place to support with tough to fill locations
•Produce and analysis daily/weekly reporting for key business stakeholders to track the progress of all campaigns against the targets set
•Work directly with our creative agency to design and execute campaigns and drive activity, managing the end to end process to ensure we deliver against the targets
•Carry out training and upskilling for all hiring managers to ensure that they deliver an amazing candidate experience
• Have a strong understanding and interest in local cultures to help build awareness and excitement of the WHSmith brand

• Project lead on global line manager training, creating, designing and implementing hiring manager training for over 2500 WHSmith employees
• Significant impact on the EVP journey for WHSmith UK and Rest Of The World
• Partner with our Australian and North American Business to integrate our TA best practices globally

International Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Field base role, sitting within the Primark UK HR team. The role involves supporting the recruitment team to assess internal candidates and outsource exceptional external talent to join our management roles for UK store, whilst undergoing the largest business initiative in 52 years, a management restructure. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting 23 stores; working directly with Store Managers. 
• Building stakeholder relationships with Area Manager, Business Partner and Recruiters.
• Conducting fair, accurate and unbiased internal management interviews.
• Assessing online virtual case studies, success factor criteria and competencies metrics.
• Supporting the hiring manager with interviewing, including note taking, scoring and making sure all materials are stored inline with the company’s GDPR guidelines
• Clear, concise outcomes to internal and external candidates.
• Usage of Brassring ATS platform; AON assessments.
• Start - Finish process for all external management candidates.
