With extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain management, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver high-quality products and services to customers around the world. I have a strong background in lean manufacturing, problem solving, production management, and logistics, and I enjoy applying my skills and knowledge to improve processes, efficiency, and performance. As the Vice President of Manufacturing and Supply Chain at Starkey Hearing, I lead the global operations with over 2,300 employees in more than 15 locations. In my current role, I oversee the manufacturing of microelectronics, injection molding, and final assembly of products, as well as the supply chain teams including logistics, distribution, purchasing, and S&OP. I am responsible for expanding the manufacturing capacity in the region to meet the increasing customer demand, and for sustaining the on-time delivery of 95%. I also implement lean manufacturing principles and practices, ensure production quality and regulatory compliance, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence among my teams.
