Retained for a contract at Ronoco to assist in go-to-market strategy and product launch for their SaaS platform. The majority of my efforts focus on laying the blueprint and groundwork for revenue strategy although, I spent the first month on product refinement/shaping and market validation. Once product was stabilized, I devised and implemented direct, indirect, and channel revenue streams. Before my departure, I created and handed off a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, full cycle sales blueprint, and revenue strategy with execution plan.

I was hands on across the organization with contributions from the first sale to defining customer needs, bugs, and communicating feedback to the product and dev team to shape our feature set to meet market demand.

The executive leadership made a strategic pivot and offered the product for free to amass users for future monetization. Subsequently the sales team was eliminated.
