nCino is the worldwide leader in cloud banking software. As Chief Innovation Officer, I have a wide range of product responsibilities, ranging from product strategy and helping drive new product launches to overseeing product teams.

Most recently as Chief Innovation Officer, I have
- Created nCino IQ (or "nIQ). nIQ is the AI/ML capabilities that give our financial institutions data-driven insights to maximize profitability and reduce risk.
- Created our product strategy for nIQ capabilities (which led to our Finsuite acquisition, now Autospreads)
- Helped launch and oversee many of our new nIQ products into market
- Built out our data science and AI platform teams
- Launched and oversee our Data Science efforts to support nIQ
- Launched and oversee our dual cloud strategy of Salesforce and AWS, allowing us to use best-of-breed technology to help meet our customers' needs
- Launched and lead product for new initiatives and platform areas
- Had key designs from my teams patented

I’m an executive with 15+ years of experience in fintech, martech, workflow automation, and analytics. I am currently CEO of Raleon, a AI-powered loyalty platform that helps ecommerce brands systematically turn new customers into loyal customer.

Prior to Raleon, I was cofounder of nCino (Nasdaq: NCNO), the worldwide leader in cloud banking, where I led product & innovation.

I love pushing the limits and helping founders. As a result, I am an angel investor, advisor, and have been in numerous publications (such as the Financial Times). I’ve also spoken to thousands at conferences across the globe (such as Finovate, FinXTech, nSIGHT, BankDirector, and many more).

I'm also known to enjoy board games and cooking meat on a smoker.
