In addition to B2B SaaS client acquisition, I also have an expertise in client retention. Build a community. Create a feedback loop and actually use the feedback. Always provide value, insights and support. I'm able to produce work at an extremely high rate of quality and quantity by leveraging generative AI tools as well. I’m currently the Director of Marketing for Momentum. Momentum is a revenue and profit intelligence platform that helps field service businesses understanding how their operational activity impacts their profitability. Momentum uses GPS technology to collect data from vehicles, equipment and crews, automatically. That data is transformed into operational and financial insights. With Momentum, field service pros will always be profitable. And they'll be equipped with the understanding to improver their daily operations. We’ve eliminated the need for manual data entry so every business can operate with deep intelligence without having to worry about “garbage in, garbage out.” Or waste valuable staff time simply collecting and analyzing information. My approach may sound overly simple in theory, but takes effort to execute: Be results driven. Simplify your message. Reach the right people at the right time. Appeal to emotion. Use data for direction. Be the guide to the solution. Your customer is the hero of the story. I believe marketing should be pure offense. Too often, marketers are bogged down by trying to optimize the wrong KPIs. Build awareness. Provide value. Educate. Entertain. There's no gimmicks or magic here. With over a decade of experience as a marketer, storyteller and communicator, I’ve managed and produced many successful and award-winning campaigns 🚀
