Experienced Banker turned Broker - I built my experience across two of Australia's major financial institutions where I had the privilege of working with a diverse range of SME and Mid-Market clients to provide Debt Solutions and General Banking services. My time in Banking taught me the value of genuine relationships as they are the prime catalyst in delivering optimal outcomes. When my time in Banking had come to its end, I entered the Broker space with one of Australia's largest Commercial Finance Brokerages, taking on the role of a Commercial Finance Broker where I was responsible for scouting the market to provide appropriate solutions for the funding needs of a broad client base including Start Ups, SME/Mid-Market and Corporate Enterprises. The organisation had a robust approach to the digitalisation of the fundamental processes involved in the world of Commercial Finance which has influenced my thinking around solving my clients' financial problems. I'm now a Director at Rubix Finance Solutions; an organisation where outcomes and relationships are our core focus. We're Ex-Bankers, so we know how things work in the world of Banking & Finance but we also know that one Bank or Lender can't provide all the right solutions. It takes a Broker with experience and access to a broad range of Lenders & Products to do that. We understand that the world of old and new both have a place in providing the best solutions in the market - that's why we take a focus on relationships that we learnt in banking and combine that with digitalised processes to achieve a balanced approach.
