- One of Cision Canada's top sales achievers of 2015
- Secured 103% of long term revenue goals in the first year at Cision

Responsibilities: 
•	To uncover, progress, and close net new Business Analytics deals in North America. Focusing on Retail and commercial whitespace accounts in Ontario, Quebec, and the USA. Specializing in Predictive Analytics.

•	Used LikedIN to break new-hire sales records within first month
•	Developed a sales partnership with a hardware reseller in the USA to increase penetration in the USA market 
•	Developed three sales stages to initiate Predictive Analytics sales cycles. Packaged these into products titled Data Guidance, Data Appraisal, and the Pilot Project. Created a flyer for the Data Guidance (please see flyer below)

Responsibilities: 
•	End-to-end sales cycle management of x86 IBM Enterprise Server products for General Business Accounts in Florida, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands

Accomplishments:
•	Analyzed an underachieving territory, identifying target clients and market needs
•	Created a new pitch to help sell Pure Flex in territory (please see slides below)
•	Executed new sales strategies which led to revenue growth from $8M in 2012 to $21M in 2013 or an approximate 260% increase

The Dream Gap is the space in between young girls’ wildly imaginative ambition and their full potential—hindered not because they’re incapable, but by the society they grow up in. Conscious and unconscious biases try to water down their dreams early on, but the Barbie Dream Gap Project is on a mission to close the gap by challenging gender stereotypes and helping undo the biases that hold girls back.

And while they’re driving awareness with this campaign, I think we all know it’s going to take an even bigger collective effort. We have a responsibility to close this gap for the next generation of girls—to nurture their #confidence, reinforce their abilities, and lift them up as dreamers and doers!

Another post this one three years late. If you’re ever wondering why I didn’t respond to your email here is proof that I just didn’t see it. It wasn’t until last year that I realized this patent had been accepted.

Dynamic Audience Mapping and Promotion Execution or aka DAMPE is a system for generating promotions automatically using AI based on it’s ROI and performance. It was inspired by the way automotive manufacturers run inventives without the insight needed to fully maximize them. You can read more about it here: http://sfdc.co/dampe

Inspiration can come from anywhere. If your noticing the variety of books in the background that’s by design. I am AB testing whether technical or creative books get more traction. Invention is a mix. 

Shoutout to my friend and co-inventor Dan Harrison who helped shape this idea into a unique technical application. If you’re wondering why he didn’t make this post it’s because he has too many patents under his belt. Salesforce is an incredible place that encourages innovation and creates space for ideas by very smart people.

Better late than never for this post! Had a great time at Shoptalk. Very impressed with the team from our Salesforce Commerce Cloud partner Obsess. They are driving innovation and execution immersive experiences with Apple Vision Pro Aps for our customers E.L.F. BEAUTY and J.Crew leveraging headless commerce APIs. CEO Neha Singh  and her team lead by Adithti Addepalli lit up our demo booth. Everyone was so excited to see the future 🔮☁️

Another late post but here is my recap of TDX!

Our amazing presenters rocked with incredible topics from Copilot Actions for Commerce presented by Bhagath Ganga, Mofeyi Oluwalana featuring David Simel  from Salsify, to Launching a Store in 30min with Ishani Sharma and Manish Kumar Jha and finally Nathan Marcus rocking the stage with his killer demo of Generative Page Designer. 

Our booth was well attended thanks to the gorgeous demo built by Studio Science with a supporting cast of experts including Paul Inboriboon and Eric Sexton who also broke the guiness world record of most people dressed as Einstein with me. Thanks also to Jimmy Sharp and Mike Keller!

Never a dull moment meeting with partners like Rob Smith from OSF Digital and the cast of Avalara.

It was great to also see Kieran Lane from Amplience who gave an incredible theatre session and lit up our offsite SPIN social   organized by our exemplary Francesca Liu sponsored by Joe Gaudreau from Salsify.
