Chief Operating Officer & Chief Executive Officer Credicorp Insurance Pty Ltd

Responsible for leading the operations and continuous improvement function for Great Southern Bank (Australia's largest customer owned bank). The team's remit covers deposits, payments, lending, financial crime, hardships, collections and reporting. 

Mandate includes but not limited to the following items:

•	Develop and maintain reporting that allows accountability and autonomy of the senior management group in day-to-day operations and performance
•	Deliver end to end lending, deposit and payments capability for the group
•	Operationalise financial crime, hardship and collections activity for the group
•	Ensuring accurate and competent reporting to Board, financiers and stakeholders as required
•	Building an achievement and member focused team with high levels of accountability, responsibility and engagement
•	Preparing annual budgets, operational plans and providing critical input to strategic plans to set the foundations of the future
•	Responsible for developing, implementing, adapting and or improving infrastructure, systems policies, and procedures that support a strategic operational plans
•	Ensure statutory requirements are met and excellence is achieved for all operational activities, relevant legislation and regulations, government regulatory bodies and ethical standards
•	Establish budgets, reports and forecasting information that facilitate the monitoring, evaluation and appraisal of all operational services according to strategies and objectives
•	Develop and foster effective relationships, business alliances and partnership both internally and externally, to ensure operational and service delivery functions with current market needs and workforce capability
•	Develop and maintain a customer centric and performance focused culture across the operational workforce that delivers on the customer value proposition resulting in customer satisfaction and retention

Head of Operations & Continuous Improvement

Responsible for leading the Bank Wealth Distribution team that supports the sale of BT’s wealth products and services through business, consumer, direct and call centre banking staff, by providing coaching, sales excellence training, reporting, and relationship management. Remit encompasses all Westpac Group brands. 

Key responsibilities include:

Co-ordinating the distribution of BT products through all distribution channels.
Monitoring business performance through data insights and actions.
Coaching Consumer Bank to improve skill and will.
Ensuring all deliverables are met and exceeded.    
Measuring our customers’ experience.
Synthesising actionable customer insights.
Co-ordinating activities to improve our customers’ experience.
Increasing our staff’s focus on customers.
Governing Product Lifecycle (PSL) policy.
Improving BT’s sustainability and customers’ financial sustainability.

Head of Bank Wealth Distribution

St.George Bank

The St. George retail banking businesses in QLD and WA delivered approximately $450M revenue for the group. Accountable for the operations, transformation of the retail distribution business, from siloed channels to multichannel capability. Facilitated digital migration, multichannel journeys with operational and distribution teams totalling 175 FTE. Also responsible for the sponsorship of the Queensland REDS Rugby franchise.

Responsible for ensuring E*TRADE understands and responds to customers’ needs by offering an optimal mix of banking solutions and benefits. Portfolio encompasses trading, investment lending and deposits, as well as customer segmentation and driving the digital agenda. 
I am also responsible for ensuring the "Client Services Team" provide an exceptionally high level of, quality service for E*TRADE’s customers, meeting pre-agreed business plan deliverables, sales targets and ensuring key operational performance metrics are met. Another facet to the role also includes maintaining strategic partnerships with key areas of ANZ, identifying the business needs and opportunities within our customers, establishing priorities, and allocating people and financial resources to the client to maximise client satisfaction and return for ANZ.
Finally I am tasked to drive the service delivery strategy and its execution and be accountable for its performance, retention, customer satisfaction, always with a keen eye on costs.
