Responsibilities
In this role, I am a hybrid practitioner/strategist/manager:

Own the strategy and execution of paid media for clients including Google ads (search, display, discovery ads, and youtube), LinkedIn, Facebook, Microsoft ads (search).

Collaborate with engineering and analytics departments to create internal tools, client solutions (including reporting).

Manage a team of practitioners, creatives, and third party vendors to deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Produce educational content and secure speaking engagements at industry and vertical conferences to grow brand equity among prospects, clients, and industry peers.

Build new service and product offerings to grow the earnings of the department.

WordStream

SWAT/Proactive Retention
-	Source clients based on strategically chosen signals and get them to agree to an audit call
-	Conduct client calls to help solve problems and gain intelligence on where clients are constantly stumbling and winning to inform product, customer success, and overall strategies.
-	Subject matter expert who can support/defend rep suggestions, as well as grow clients into additional networks and features while keeping the customer’s experience front and center.
-	Run reports on retention, growth, and client’s product usage to assess effectiveness of current program and if there’s opportunities to do better at delivering on main kpis.
-	Be available for c-level objectives that range from running/participating in pilots, focusing on a given partner/product suit, or other high profile objectives. 

Thought Leadership/External Intelligence:
-	Pitch and get accepted into international industry events to ensure subject matter expert brand is maintained and extended to WordStream.
-	At events and networking opportunities, gather intel on brand perception and opportunities to expand value to existing and potential markets. 
-	Craft blog content and webinar content on Wordstream and third party platforms so there are on-demand resources positively shaping the WordStream brand.

Internal Intelligence & Training 
-	Craft learning modules so reps and clients have an easier time adopting winning strategies without making costly mistakes
-	Offer support to team members in learning how to audit, consult, and build positive relationships with their clients. 
-	Compile and deliver feedback to reps, managers, and leadership teams (customer success, product, c-level suite, and customer marketing) to help inform strategic direction .

Services Innovation Strategist

Manage a portfolio of 140 clients ranging from software only to premier consulting solutions. I am directly responsible for retention, promoting a positive customer experience, guiding clients in best SEM practices, crafting thought leadership posts and programs to facilitate internal and external growth, and looking for opportunities to grow the value of customers to WordStream, as well as continue to demonstrate value to my clients. 

Achievements while holding this role:

- Crafted and delivered several partnership webinars with third-party software providers.
- Speaker at local and national events oriented around SEM, SEO, and innovation.
- Turned inactive clients into engaged customers through pilot program that turned into the team template.
- Upsold 45% of client portfolio into additional services and successfully reengaged clients who wanted to cancel.
- Maintained 78 out of 80 clients surveyed would recommend me (90% NPS score over one year).
- Act as liaison between my team and Bing partners to convey updates, as well as facilitate communications and learnings. Through strategic initiatives and trainings, we were able to achieve 275% increase in spend YoY.
