Product Executive

Bhima Jewellers Middle East

* On a daily basis, creates invoices, custom packing lists, commercial
   invoices, shipping bills, bills of lading, bills of sight, letters of credit, etc.
* Ensuring quality sources of goods and services.
* Ordering products on a daily basis using the inventory system .
* Receiving products while ensuring the correct quantities and the quality of the items.
* Coordinating with vendors for custom-made orders and processing them as needed.
* Creating Purchased Orders in accordance with the specifications. 
* Maintain and control KYC documents, such as a trade license, ID proof, invoices, and receipts. 
* Daily excel reporting of product aging, sales and inventory status.
* Contract negotiation, payment methods, and quality sources of goods and services
* Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
* Conduct inventory counts and management .
* Prepare weekly reports about the product cost and product management.

Purchase Executive & Barcoding Executive

* Check the purchased product’s quality and segregate according to the SOP.
* Adding the products in bar-coding system software inventory with the product details.
* Laser engraving on products
* Scanning of the Barcode & Planning the delivery according to the store requirements. 
* Coordinating with sales team and vendors for custom made orders and process it accordingly. 
* Daily excel reporting of product aging, sales and inventory status.

Barcoding Executive

* Conducted audits on corporate documents. 
* Handled file validation and document controlling. 
* Executed evaluations and document audits.
* Assured no errors in documents before submission.
