Started at the onset of the March 2023 banking crisis as a simple Google doc, 600+ investors and startup leaders from 40+ countries representing over 25,000 portfolio companies joined the pledge. Founder Mental Health Pledge was born out of this in the midst of the banking crisis with my Co-Creator, Brad Baum, to reduce the stigma around founder mental health.
