Ensure runs are 100% and stage in correct order to maintain an efficient morning load out
Supervise all dock searches

Lead process for loading recycles & manage loads
Ensure drivers are following all warehouse procedures when dropping & picking up product
Correct labeling of product
Staging in appropriate area
Sorting of all waste
Ensure safe practices
Coordinate communications effectively with internal and external clients
Assist in annual reviews for all warehouse associates
Complete end of day hand off for next lead
Final audit of all home delivery runs for AM load out.
Adding late additions to the runs, pulling the items from main lines
Relay reports to supervisor about driver offloads

Operations Coordinator

Kuehne+Nagel

Takecare of shipping and dock area.
Make sure orders are properly staged and wrapped, completed according to the customers and transportation companies.
Dealing with dispatch and drivers for shipments and late deliveries.
Organising and managing order pickers when they stage orders at shipping dock.
Giving reports  to operations supervisor and CSR’s at the end of the shifts.
To make sure all the deadlines are met before time.
Printing important transportation documents like manifests, BoLs and other reports.
Operating forklifts like counterbalance, walkie and other industrial power equipments on regular basis.

Shipping Assistant

Accuristix

Determine method of shipment and arrange shipping; prepare bills of lading, customs forms, invoices and other shipping documents manually or by computer
Assembled containers and crates, record contents manually or by computer, pack goods to be shipped and affix identifying information and shipping instructions
Oversee loading and unloading of goods from trucks or other conveyances
Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, record shortages and reject damaged goods
Unpack, code and route goods to appropriate storage areas
Maintain internal, manual or computerized record-keeping systemsL
 operated forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods.
To make sure load is secured and temperature is appropriate of trailers as per companies and product requirements.
