Vymo solutions solves this by functioning as a Personal Assistant to the staff by using the existing historic data in the organization systems (CRM if any, Core systems etc.) and all omni-channel customer interaction data and applying Artificial Intelligence on this to do the following

Vymo is deployed as an Enterprise Cloud Based Solution supporting in-country deployments on most major cloud providers in Asia Pacific (Azure, AWS, Google, Ali Cloud etc.) keeping in view most organizations have data residency and material outsourcing restrictions. Vymo supports most languages across Asia Pacific as well and has global partnerships with major CRM providers such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM etc. to complement the customer and opportunity view they provide.
