My teams are driven to build, maintain and execute efficient processes that facilitate the creation sales pipeline and provide tangible insight back to the business.   We manage the mar-tech stack and work close with sales and marketing to execute strategy.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, I currently manage the day to day operations of a growing global SaaS sales organization and responsible for all sales processes within the sales and marketing stack. I am a member of the company’s senior leadership group and work closely with our C-Level executive team.

 A driver of change within the sales and marketing sphere leading sales teams to become efficient, accountable and successful in closing new business and retaining existing clients. Examples:
o Led the implementation of CPQ (Configure Price Quote) within salesforce.com to increase the velocity of sales contracting, shorten deal cycles and driving up ASP.
o Pulled the business to shift to an ABM model as we moved to a territory driven approach. Led the end to end strategy and tool alignment with the goal to drive pipeline.
o Implemented a data-driven approach to company metrics enabling quicker decisions and transparency to targets. Standardized our Board pack reporting.
o Rebuilt salesforce.com to be the company’s source of truth for all tangible metrics.
 A conduit between the sales users and our business transformation team to ensure that the functionality, usability, and performance of our business applications aide in the positive transformation of the business.
 A single point of contact for the sales organization with the buyer-led journey to guide, coach and assist in shortening the deal sales cycle while maintaining a strong audit position.

Director of Sales Operations

Vision Critical provides a cloud-based customer intelligence platform that allows companies to build engaged, secure communities of customers they can use continuously, across the enterprise, for ongoing, real-time feedback and insight.

My team and I support our global sales teams in their selling efforts of our SaaS based solution.  I am responsible for the sales process framework within our CRM application and act as a conduit between our users and our Business Transformation teams to translate business needs into actionable and successfully delivered tools.  I also act as a first point of contact for our sales teams as they navigate the legal & procurement processes with the singular objective of reducing deal cycle time.  My other responsibilities include:

Proactive identification of relevant key performance indicators and reporting metrics to ensure our Executive team have timely performance data available.
Implements and manages sales forecasting and planning. Set a process to enable discipline and cadence within our sales organization so that the business has better predictability on quarterly results .
Partners with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales process improvement. 
Driving the development, design and implementation of key initiatives within the organization that center on process in and outside of the CRM environment.

Sales Operations Manager

Lenovo

I moved to from IBM to Lenovo as part of the System x acquisition.  Leading up to the move and for the immediate period thereafter, I was responsible for business process design and testing of deal registration applications that were required to ensure a seamless transition.  Thereafter, I managed a pricing incentive program for Lenovo’s server/storage resellers and acted as a single point of contact for resolving channel conflict.

IBM Canada

I served as a decision maker/adjudicator within the server/storage reseller channel to resolve business partner conflicts with respect to opportunity ownership and access to special pricing from IBM.  I led the design, testing and user support of a web based business process management tool to simplify daily workflow and increase operational efficiency for the business unit

I served as Team Lead for an operations group that supported the terms custom contract agreement for IBM’s largest business partners on a global basis.
•	Key activities included reporting, disbursements, proposal/contract writing and sales forecasting.
•	Managed multiple relationships within differing areas of the business including sales, legal, operations and vendor procurement in order to write, amend and interpret contractual obligations.
•	Identified, documented and referred business issues to the appropriate resolution owners to ensure the efficient operation of departmental activities
•	Was responsible for departmental process workflow, education and operational audit readiness. Reviewed all staff work to minimize errors and treat occurrences as opportunities for additional education.

Team Leader - Project Manager

Served as Team Lead for a sales operations group that supported a reseller & fee payment program for IBM’s largest business partners in North America.
Led weekly sales cadence, opportunity identification and helped drive overall partner satisfaction.
•	Configured IBM solution offerings that were incorporated into our partners customer proposals.
•	Attended partner/customer meetings to present the IBM program offering, education and the overall value of the IBM relationship.

Team Leader - Sales Operations

I served as a customer care representative who responded to customer inquiries in a call centre environment, providing general direction & pre-sales support for a wide array of IBM offerings.
•	First point of contact within IBM pre-sales, helping customers to navigate to desired area(s) of interest.
•	Representative for Workplace Safety and Insurance Board hotline under contract to IBM.  Documented concerns from the public regarding WSIB complaints, created tracking reports and forwarded to WSIB personnel for further investigation.
•	Responded to general customer emails regarding all areas of IBM and qualified sales leads.

Pre-Sales Representative

At 1Password, my focus as Vice President of Revenue Operations centers on streamlining systems and processes, enhancing our go-to-market strategies with cloud computing and solution selling prowess. Our team has worked diligently to refine the customer acquisition and growth journey, emphasizing operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making
