1.	Assist project engineer to monitor project progress and coordinate weekly project planning with planning department
2.	Reviews and checks engineering P&amp;ID drawings, plans, computations, estimates and reports for completeness, accuracy, and soundness of applied utility engineering principles and policies
3.	Assist engineer to obtain required permits, easements, and other documents as required from inter-departments
4.	Assist project engineer to provide guidance and work supervision for other utility engineering and technical personnel as required by projects.
5.	Ensure company HSE policies at workplace applied accordingly
