I work as an assistant buyer to CEOs, COOs, Directors of IT, Marketing Managers, Programmers, and Shop Owners alike to ensure they can make an informed decision in regards to their eCommerce platform, web design and customer experience. 

I also work in tandem with our site architects to produce creative solutions (and plans) that provide immediate value with minimal risk to clients.

At Sendlane we take a white-glove approach to account management. On a day-to-day basis I work on educating and empowering my clients in the Sendlane platform to maximize ROI. Taking a consultative approach allows me to gain a deeper understanding of each of my clients' business, goals, and available capacity for email marketing. Based on this, we move forward together with a fluid plan constantly assessing and adapting.

I work mostly with E-Commerce, SaaS, and/or Content Creators.

Summary of Client-Facing Duties:

-Build custom migration plans + hands-on migration assistance (Experience in Drip, Klaviyo, HubSpot, Aweber, Active Campaign, ConvertKit, AWProTools, Maropost, Pardot) 
-Automation Building (Retargeting, Win-Backs, Welcome Flows, Product Recommendations, Webinars...)
-Integrations - emphasis on Shopify
-Granular segmentation
-Custom Warm-up plans for clients with dedicated IPs
-Inbox testing/assessment 
-Overall best practices
