Head of Marketing, lead project manager for NA office and primary executive liaison with UK HQ, overseeing a multi-disciplinary team of 10 and reporting directly to General Manager.  Led all marketing, creative, production, digital initiatives encompassing album campaigns for full roster, including Grammy-nominees Moby, M83 and Goldfrapp, groundbreaking artists Erasure, José González, Fever Ray, and Nick Cave. Successfully managed artist expectations and finessed challenging personalities.

→ Established Mute presence on streaming music format platforms including Spotify and Apple Music, grew streaming to over 35% of total NA recorded music revenue. 
→ Conceived all Mute social media platforms from inception to 150K+ followers on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr. Collaborated on artists’ social media strategies.

Responsible for all sales initiatives around album campaigns for entire artist roster including catalog. Fostered productive long-term sales and marketing relationships with retail partners and grew digital business from inception. Navigated evolving marketplace as commercial formats shifted from physical to digital, created new digital release systems and built important relationships with critical digital players.

• Oversaw hundreds of relationships with distribution company staff and diverse commercial accounts, from Amazon and iTunes to physical chain and independent retailers across the U.S. and Canada.
• Created unique retail marketing initiatives to highlight label's extensive back catalog and increased sales an additional 15% on average.
• Produced and organized numerous in-office and in-store performances and appearances for artists, including Erasure, Paul van Dyk, Liars and Richie Hawtin.
• Managed major company transition to new distribution partners twice, involving entire inventory and extensive metadata, album masters and artwork. Established critical relationships and systems with new sales teams.
