Manage the front end of the store during hours of operation. Communicate directly with customers and deal with any issues that may arise. Update inventory stock and place orders with our vendors to resupply when needed. Conduct the daily audit. checking for any irregularities and discrepancies. Conduct general maintenance of the surrounding area, ensuring a safe work environment for employees and customers alike.

Front End Manager

Planning, coordinating, and overseeing the creation of a programming schedule for hours of operations. Evaluating the parameters of a given contract, and creating an internal schedule for all departments, in regards to any operations conducted prior, during, and after show dates. Ensures that all quality standards are maintained during their scheduled showtimes. Analyze the given feedback of all scheduled programming, and use the information given to make an informed decision as to what direction to move for the following show year.

Director of Live Programming

Managed the safety aspects of the convention during the hours of operations. I was given the job to create the safety guidelines that were to be followed by attendees for the duration of the convention. Trained and managed a team of 100 staffers to ensure a safe environment for 14,000 attendees over the course of 72 hours. Ensured the strict enforcement of the municipal fire marshal's safety codes. Collaborated with the local police department, fire department, and emergency first responders to successfully resolve any and all incidents that occur during the hours of operations. During the closing phase, was formally tasked with creating a personnel summary report, as well as the lessons learned portion of the closing discussion. Investigate any claims of misconduct, and effectively resolve or escalate the authority needed to resolve the incident, such as to local law enforcement officials.

Breaking down and sorting of incoming supplies to the warehouse. Preparing of various paint samples for testing at a later date. Quality control of all samples in the lab, as to prevent cross contamination of samples. Assist in any tasks the chemists on site may have needed of me.

Intern

I'm a Scrum Master for AT&T, who loves coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile SAFe / Scrum best practices. My latest learning endeavor was the Udacity Data Analytics with Power Bi, as I have a strong interest in being around data and data enthusiasts. I am currently working with AT&T's HR Team, with the goal of consolidating roughly 14 applications into the Workday SaaS product to reduce overhead.
