To liaise between Momentum Health Solutions(MHS) and Momentum Distribution Services (MDS) to ensure there is a good working relationship at all levels to foster growth within the distribrution channel. 

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Attend both the MDS and MHS Exco meetings on a monthly basis. 

• Position and help steer the health strategy within MDS. 

• Meet with the various stakeholders within MDS to ensure alignment between MHS and MDS. 

• Discuss and drive relevant activities towards achieving the set health targets with all MDS regions nationally on a regular basis. 

• Ensure health targets are met and help to set new targets each year. 

• Co-ordinate regular service meetings between relevant areas. 

• Support and manage the MDS Business Development Managers (BDMs). 

• Facilitate Thought Management sessions for selected advisors quarterly. 

• Manage the Health Master Classes and other training requirements. 

• Meet with Key MDS advisors. 

• Keep MDS informed of relevant product house changes. 

• Keep MDS informed of relevant health industry changes. 

• Manage new segmentation model and relevant incentives for MDS.

•	Focus on growing corporate sales for Momentum Health and Momentum Staff Care Solutions within the region for employer groups through our Momentum Metropolitan distribution channels.
 
•	Training brokers and business consultants to be more aware of our solutions architecture and how best to position them in the market.
 
•	Building stakeholder relationships to open new opportunities for the region and grow our IFA's footprint with increased health contract licenses.
 
•	Educating members to understand better their benefits, wellness day initiatives and health information session presentations.

•	An email/call away for all technical issues relating to Momentum Medical Scheme and Health4Me within the region.

• Assist intermediaries with ideas and workable plans to grow their businesses –; in the process, gaining their commitment to support the Momentum offers.

• Build lasting relationships with intermediaries - investing time in addressing their concerns and clarifying mutual expectations.

• Keep intermediaries and their teams in the loop with training support and collateral, ensuring a thorough understanding of all Momentum products, client solutions and operational requirements.

• Involve respective Momentum product specialists and support intermediaries on a legal/technical level within your expertise.

• New Business growth (of brokers and financial advisers) –; vesting and establishing them, continuously increasing their productivity.

• Drive and monitor performance against set intermediary production targets
