Promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager. Responsible for full customer lifecycle: onboarding, implementation, ongoing engagement, and renewal for 150+ customers with a specific focus on customers with high-value contracts. 
•	Developed novel implementation and project plans for customers to achieve above average implementation timeframe
•	Led CS team in positive customer reviews for back to back quarters — twice as many of 2nd place team member
•	Created and led expansion of tutorial and support items to drive easier customer adoption (video, articles, etc)

•	Planned, developed, and executed end-user trainings and training materials for new and existing customers 
•	Developed best practices and a FAQ manual to improve employee onboarding based on data analysis of common requests across customer base for Customer Success Team: increasing efficiency and uniformity across support line responses

Challenger Center

Promoted to manage and run projects and programs at Challenger Center. 
•	Built and improved relationships with key stakeholders including a network of Challenger Centers, freelance videographers and animators, software development companies, and subject-matter experts
•	Managed software development budget of over $200,000 to build new simulated content
•	Partnered with NASA in the development and implementation of simulations reaching 400,000 recipients annually
•	Initiated and developed a company-wide internship program – creating a formalized process for the organization to recruit, interview, and hire interns.
•	Managed software developers, subject matter experts, and consultants to meet project goals, ensuring rapid and cost-effective project management

Program Manager

Worked as a program assistant on various federal grants with a focus on coordinating and implementation.
•	Orchestrated procurement and shipping of over $500,000 worth of supplies and materials supplies while reducing costs by 10%
•	Worked alongside NOAA via a $3.5 million Department of Education Investing in Innovation Fund grant to create a brand-new content distribution platform
•	Established an online adult learning management system to distribute and train staff at over 40 Challenger Centers
•	Responded to programmatic and technical inquiries for Challenger Center products through calls, email and Skype
