My initial responsibilities include:

 - Understanding the Romanian BI Marketplace, including customer needs, by listening to potential customers
- Contacting potential customers and invite them to explain their BI needs, problems and issues to us
- Working with our founders to develop BI solutions to solve the toughest BI problems our potential customers have
- Explaining our BI Solutions to our potential customers and working through the decision-making process
- Managing the long term relationships for those companies who become our customers
- Working with our existing customers to develop the "next steps" to solve their toughest BI problems

LoveAds is a local digital marketing agency with the main focus on Romanian E-commerce. The main mission is to create and implement the development strategies for online shops on the market. Founded in July 2018 the agency has more than 20 active clients that had beneficiated from the integrated marketing digital campaigns. 

-Consulting e-commerce companies in better understanding their business, regarding the PNL (Profit And Loss);
- Consulting in overcoming the current obstacles in terms of online business development, CRO, advertising and overall online business direction that they want to follow;
- New client guidance and onboarding;

 - Creating campaigns and ad sets as pe buyer's persona (visuals and text);
- Planning monthly/weekly/daily budget;

- Helped building the monthly marketing plan & sales estimates;
