I believe that work, which always includes working with people, is a core rhythm we are made for as humans and that when developed skillfully, our potential is profound. For 15+ years I've invested my time in educational leadership - specifically in roles focused on leadership development, operations, program advancement, coaching/mentoring, strategic planning, assessment, and student success. In short, I lead, develop, coach, organize, and innovate. I'm passionate about the potential leaders have to influence teams and organizations towards healthy and productive environments, while recognizing that many have never been trained in the skills to create healthy work dynamics, cultures, and teams.
