Technical Recruiter - Data Science

• Manage full recruiting life-cycle from sourcing, screening, selection, and on-boarding of AI/ML Data Science and technical candidates 
• Fulfill job requirements for specialized AI/ML/Engineering  skill sets including Data Science, Analytics, Machine Learning Engineer, BI, Software Engineer, Product Management, C/Director-level Management, and more 
• Strategically source candidates while exceeding weekly KPI expectations through outbound calls and messages, screening interviews, in-depth candidate interviews, and maintaining an "every req gets filled" mentality to achieve 1+ hires a week 
• Utilize a variety of internal and external sourcing resources to find the best talent including Lever  applicant tracking system, LinkedIn, event networking, online job boards, employee referrals, and direct sourcing 
• Partner with Account Managers to obtain a clear understanding of position requirements from hiring managers and exchange market data 
• Maintain candidate relationships post-hire to ensure long term successful job placement
