I help community and regional bank CEOs, senior executives and first-line sales managers solve their biggest sales problems through consulting, training and coaching. My mission is to help Sales Leaders and their teams achieve positive, long-term, measurable success. I was a relationship manager and team leader at Citibank and at the Philadelphia National Bank. I got my start in banking because I spoke Spanish and convinced my future bosses that I knew enough Portuguese to sell non-credit products to Brazilians. After eight plus years in banking I took a flyer on an offer to deliver sales and negotiating skills training to bankers. While working with Linda Richardson, I became convinced that unless training is reinforced by first-line managers and supported by Executive Management, it’s a waste of time and money. In my 10 years at RMA, I was involved developing conferences, round tables, courses and publications for bankers on real estate lending, small business banking, private banking, and workouts. I write frequently on coaching, sales strategy and talent development. My articles have been published in major banking journals and on LinkedIn.
