My strategic approach in the competitive tech market resulted in an impressive boost in our Share of Voice (SOV), soaring from 0.3% to 17.85%. This leap in brand visibility was achieved through securing Tier 1 media coverage in notable outlets like The Verge, Forbes, Fox News Radio, PCMag, and more. Jugo experienced an extraordinary rise in brand awareness, jumping from 4 mentions in 2022 to 93 in 2023, marking a 2225.00% increase in media coverage carving out our market position in a competitive landscape. My background as a seasoned journalist and media expert, with experience at CBS Cleveland, NBC News, and FOX O&O, equips me with a unique perspective in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies that align with company goals, fostering global media relationships, and managing crisis communications. Outside of work, I'm an Adjunct Professor at Syracuse University. Teaching is my way of giving back and helping prepare the next generation of awesome communicators. My academic background? I have a Master's in Broadcast Journalism from Syracuse and a Bachelor's in English from The College of New Jersey. I've been lucky enough to receive some awards and even a couple of Emmy nominations for my journalism work. I'm also a certified Workplace Integrity Trainer. I truly believe in doing work that not only stands out but also stands for something—like inclusivity and integrity. I live in the New York City area with my husband, daughter, and our dog.
