Everyone from colleagues, classmates, and friends, to close and far distant relatives says that I am a people person. From a young age, I've always thrived on connecting with new people from all walks of life. With my diverse upbringing, and understanding of how to connect people from all different backgrounds, I have cultivated a strong ability to understand how I can best support people and the businesses they work for and dive deep into other cultures and find common interests and share cultural traditions that can help bridge the gap by sharing aspects of social influences. I am industrious, which means I listen, follow up, persist, pursue, and always start by making the prospect feel they are being heard. I demonstrate a genuine understanding of their position by spending 20% of my time searching for new opportunities and 80% building relationships. I follow up with customers to ensure their questions and concerns are answered by providing the best solutions. Working in various roles in Business Development and Account Management in the tech industry taught me to spend time cultivating customer relationships and taught me how to best leverage my time in order to drive both new business relationships as well as revenue for the various companies I've worked for. By implementing a people-focused approach and regularly supporting over 20+ clients, I've been able to help drive revenue growth by over 25% year-over-year by focusing on building rapport and getting to the point of sale as soon as possible. This enabled me to ultimately drive growth by 25%. Sales is at the heart of the Tech Industry. When I connect customers with the technology they need, solve a problem or address their needs, I say, “Sales cures all.” I want to continue making a difference and driving growth in the tech industry.
