A national awardee, teacher activist, with more than 15 years of experience in curriculum development, project coordination and teaching English at various levels. She has campaigned for educational reforms at every forum and her analysis and suggestions on curriculum reforms have been cited in the National Curriculum Framework-2005. She led the Core Team of the 'Learning Outcomes Programme' of her school in the Primary Section and played a key role in aligning the pedagogical processes of grades first to fifth to the new CBSE guidelines. Her core expertise is integrated learning, peer learning and English language development through Art Integration. Her innovative teaching approach has been recognized with two national awards and she continues her activism to deepen the learning experiences of her students and the system as a whole. She is committed to implementing the NCF-FS 2022 in letter and spirit in her current role as ECCE Head.
