Currently working as an Enterprise Agile Coach as a part of Agile CoE at ProSiebenSat.1 Germany. Prior to this I worked in Sixt as an Enterprise Agile Coach and worked on initiatives for agile transformation at all levels - operational (teams), coordination (division around 9-10 teams), and strategic levels. My goal is to enable an open and engaging environment for teams to high-perform where they can learn new skills, collaborate, co-create and work together efficiently. I believe in creating a company culture that empowers employees to become better versions of themselves. As one of the OKR coach in the organization, I have expertise in creating training and coaching teams and individuals by giving OKR training and workshops. I also have the experience working with Non-IT teams in the organization bringing agility catered to their needs, which helps them to become efficient in a sustainable environment. I enjoy the experience of working with teams that are international. I am passionate to support & help teams to become highly performant and constantly move them forward by inspecting and adapting! Qualities that set me apart from my counterparts are my passion and motivation to learn and grow my skills. I have very strong leadership and communication skills that help me coach the teams and to coordinate with all stakeholders very well. I continuously share my knowledge by various means such as training, mentoring, coaching teams & product owners, giving presentations regularly, and through one on one's sessions. Gained great experience conducting workshops such as Design Sprint, Okr’s, scrum & kanban training for individuals and teams, as well as creating optimal processes and coaching multiple teams in structuring processes for forming new agile teams to work better together.
