I led people programs such as new hire onboarding and immigration, with an emphasis on delivering exceptional candidate and employee experiences. As an HR project manager, I took on initiatives such as expansion to Australia, revamping the company’s immigration program, and updating employee resources. I worked across teams to develop clear policies and guidelines for complex employee processes.
