Since my childhood I’ve been impressed by my parents. They had a big business in a small city, but they were working so hard and they were my example of liderskills, troubleshooting and creativity. I’ve been working since my 10 form in school. My parents motivated me to earn for my needs. And I liked it! I like to be energetic and it’s very important for me to feel a sense of belonging. That’s why I am able to work under pressure for the best result. And I’m very enthusiastic. Sometimes I can’t even sleep if I have an interesting task to do. I’m a game player and I’m good at motivating people. I know for sure that motivation is not about money. And I can’t stand living without people, I’m a very communicative person. One day my friend and I decided to organize a project in Kharkiv, which was like networking but with different topics. The main idea of this project was to unite people with the same living goals, mostly people from business, for getting new information, motivate each other, make new contacts and spend cool time together. And how many thankful words we got during this year! When I was a logistic specialist in an international company I was responsible for the most important report in the country. Not because it was very boring, because for doing it you really needed more skills than perfect knowledge or Excel, you should have strong communication and team working skills. After this job another company wanted to see me at analytics positions. And I’m really great at organizing information and we can calculate and predict the future with the help of databases. But I changed the area to be more flexible. For 10 years I was running my own company in retail milashop.com.ua. People say that I have a fantastic personal brand. And I believe, but not only because of my smiling face and positive thinking, mostly because of my experience in marketing and smm. And, of course, wanting to do the best for my clients. I was proud of our services, our speed, how technical we were. In my team there were 4 people and we did more than 3000 online orders and service near 1500 people in 2021. Also I finished classes for screenwriting. It was like a hobby, but it influenced my mind and my view on advertising. For example, I know how to catch all the attention from the beginning to the end of the video. Finally, I need a job now. With people, with information, with achieving best results!
