As a former Process Plant Operator at bp who understands the nuances of Process Plant operations, I noticed a significant gap that has led to countless industrial incidents. While this gap has been labelled as Human error, incident investigations have shown that it's more a combination of human factors as well as the inability to track and analyze specific metrics beyond human error. Using a combined approach of self-verification and insight, our software OperAid reduces human error in high-risk industries such as Petrochemicals, Chemical processing and Power generation plants. As the former owner of a General Contracting firm, where over the last 7 years I managed over 75 employees, combined with 2 years experience in Insurance sales, I believe that I have a unique blend of experience to take the next challenge of building a Software solution.
