Neil Randle was an original founding member of the CPS Group (UK) Ltd and having spent many years in recruitment, he is now joining the craft ale revolution and is building a brewery from scratch. His career started within the Media Sector managing corporate accounts for the Trinity Mirror Group. In the late 1990’s he joined an International Technology Recruitment Specialist where he rapidly became a subject matter expert in new technologies and Innovation at the senior end of the spectrum before Co Founding CPS Group (UK) Ltd in 2002. Neil has worked as an independent advisor to the Welsh Assembly Government advising on inward investment and skills shortages within the technology, financial services and Telecoms sectors. He holds a BA (Hons) from the University of Wales in Cardiff and was inducted into the Who’s Who of Britain’s Young Business Leaders for 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012.
