This role consist of the strategic development of TRAVELCLICK's iHotelier distribution platform.  Building and developing relationships with 3rd Party OTA providers in order to increase the distribution options via iHotelier and ChannelDirect.  Working with customers both internal and external to obtain feedback on the applications and identify the roadmap for development.  The role also consists of the strategic development of PMS integrations with iHotelier with 1-way, and 2-way interfaces.  Management of a team of 7 people servicing the PMS interfaces.

This role entailed the Management of the Service Delivery Team in our Barcelona Office in order to train and support the customers using our ChannelDirect ChannelManagement tool.  Managing a team of 7 people I was responsible for the daily communication with our technology partners in order to communicate any issues.  In this role I was also responsible for the cascading of information and training for the US and ASPAC regions. 
	Responsible for the support of the largest customer base using the product of approx 1200 clients
	Managed a team of 7 people in order to support mult-lingual customers in the EMEA region
	Managed and maintained the relationships with multiple OTA’s who were connecting to ChannelDirect
	Responsible for the analysis, costing, scope and execution of outsourcing certain administrative tasks in order to be able to continue to support the increasing number of customers using the applications

As Hotel Manager, my role was to run the hotel on a day to day basis ensuring that our customers needs were exceeded, whilst at the same time growing occupancy, revenue and most importantly profit.  As Hotel Manager I reported into the Regional Manager.  
	I was responsible for over 100 team members 
	Grew the occupancy from 87% to 95% during my tenure at the Hotel
	Introduced Park &amp; Fly Packages to increase the occupancy at weekends 
	Reason for Leaving – Move to Barcelona with my wife
	Management of Forecasts and Budgets for all aspects of the hotel

At the Holiday in London Heathrow Ariel, I initially started as Front of House Manager where I was then promoted to Rooms Division Manager and finally to Operations Manager.  As Operations Manager I was second in charge to the General Manager and had overall responsibility for all the Department Heads including Front Desk, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Conferences & Events, Housekeeping and Revenue Management.

Prior to working at ReviewPro, I was Product Manager at Travelclick, and responsible for organizing distribution software and channel management. Thanks to this range of experience in hospitality, I have exceptional insights into the needs and challenges faced by the industry. Since joining ReviewPro in 2012 I have held the position of Director of Engagement, VP of Global Customer Success and am now COO.
