Tiger invited me to join them to set up a new digital division. My task was to set up a new desk, this involved BD introducing myself to their existing client base and rebuilding my candidate pool. The idea was to build a digital desk for Tiger which would including recruiting a creative consultant to cover all the creative digital roles. Also, part of the DE&I team for clients in an advisory role.

I joined Phantom in March 2012 as their talent lead recruiting in a 360 role working across all sectors of the agency. This included sourcing candidates, interviewing, profiling, offers and contracts (IR35) and making sure all data was added to the ATS (Greenhouse). When the candidates start I would be responsible for their on boarding. This covered perm and contract candidates. Also part of the DE&I internal team as an advocate for ensuring that Phantom was inclusive in recruitment process.
