For over 15 years, I have delivered expert website reporting and analysis to numerous organizations in the lifestyle, business, luxury, travel, technology, finance, and non-for-profit sectors. Now I get organizations away from spreadsheets and exporting data into Data Visualization. There is some time invested upfront in the design. The return on investment comes on the backend when the analysts can analyze the data and make actionable business decisions. What defines me as a great analyst I am curious because data tells the story. I am creative; there is no one size fits all analysis for any business. I am compassionate. More clients are treading water with their data, and the intention is to help them level up, so they improve and grow their organizations. Listening to clients and asking those who, what, when, and why questions help formulate strategies and scalable solutions. They can be from website performance, conversion rate issues, and landing page optimization. Each client I engage with knows it is a collaborative process. It is about building a solid business relationship. Over delivering is part of my core beliefs because there are times the client is not aware of opportunities to level up based on the analysis, and having the outside expertise gives all the stakeholders new clarity.
