I’m a highly motivated and driven recent MHRIR graduate looking to take my human resources knowledge to the next level. My goal is to become a capable human resource professional and to use my knowledge to be a strategic business partner that can influence company culture. I was fortunate enough to be inspired to find a new career path by shadowing and working with the HR director and the learning and talent development coordinator at the former library where I worked. I firmly believe in DEI initiatives and know that everyone brings value to the table in an organization if given the opportunity. My goal as a budding HR professional is to one day be able to create dynamic and inclusive work cultures that foster employee talents at a midsize to large organization. I know that I can use my interpersonal communication skills to foster collaborative work environments that grow employees while simultaneously aligning people strategy to business goals.
