AI adoption fails when people are an afterthought. I fix that. AI has the potential to transform how businesses operate, but adoption still falls short. Not because the technology isn’t good enough, but because the focus is on AI itself rather than how people actually work. I’m an AI-powered Program Leader, helping organizations solve problems and make transformation stick. Alongside my day job, I’m also a Generative AI speaker and educator. I help leaders and their teams (especially non-tech teams) understand how to use AI to lead forward and live better as a result. My focus: Making AI useful, usable and human. I speak the language of leaders, operators and frontline employees, translating AI into something they can actually use.
