I am the CEO of ALCO GRUPO MARLAN, a leading producer of healthy and high-quality food products in Mexico. For over 8 years, I have led a team of over 1,000 employees and overseen the operations, marketing, and financial performance of the company. Under my leadership, ALCO has expanded its presence and distribution in the domestic and international markets, delivering consistent growth and value for our customers, partners, and shareholders. I have also driven innovation, efficiency, and sustainability in the food and beverage industry, by implementing cutting-edge technologies, processes, and practices that enhance our products and services. My passion for business administration, finance, and economics stems from my academic background and credentials from the prestigious MIT Sloan School of Management, where I obtained a master's degree in both fields, as well as a sustainability and a business analytics certificate. I also completed a board of directors executive program from EGADE Business School, one of the top business schools in Latin America. I leverage my skills and knowledge to mentor and empower the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs, both within and outside of ALCO. I am also actively involved in the community and the industry, supporting various initiatives and organizations that promote social responsibility, education, and development.
