I start up awesome things in international sales and business development. I have 15+ years experience building successful SaaS startups. I started my career in marketing but quickly turned to sales: here I have better impact on company growth. I have achieved 50%+ annual recurring revenue increase in every company I have worked for. Areas of expertise that I'm proud of: 1. Create lovable brands: I believe companies need to communicate from inside-out: why they are doing what they are doing and why you should care? I implemented this concept everywhere I've worked so far. 2. Problem solving: I resolve issues before they are issues. 3. Lead generation: I've put together many out of the box lead generation campaigns to attract ideal customers. 4. Hiring & Motivation: Besides idea, team is the #1 factor of company success that's why I only try to hire and work with people who are better than me. Public speaking: I was really afraid of presenting in front of a large audience so I started to present in international conferences (London, Manchester, Brno, Budapest) but there are still plenty of work to do. 2. KPI focus: I haven't worked in large organizations, therefore I need to be much more focused on numbers. 3. Keeping it simple: That's the hardest. I'm trying to write shorter emails, texts. Pitch, present, talk to customers without BS and in short, meaningful way. I've started an experiment to throw/sell away one thing everyday. 4. Storytelling 5.
