I am an expert in the field of human potential development, innovation capability and sustainable leadership. My goal is to help companies improve their employees, processes and products. In doing so, I use organizational diagnostics. It is a systematic and data-based approach to understanding the operation and efficiency of the company. The aim is to identify the key areas and challenges faced by the company and to offer appropriate solutions. I supplement my practical knowledge with academic knowledge; I am a PhD student at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences of the University of Maribor, majoring in business and production systems engineering. I am also author of many articles at home and abroad. As a result of intensive and in-depth work in the field of human resources, I formulated hypotheses about the importance of discovering and realizing talents for each individual. I confirmed these in cooperation with successful Slovenians, such as the founder of Pipistrel Ivo Boscarol, the greatest Slovenian inventor Peter Florjančič, owner of the Indy&Pippa brand and model Alen Kobilica, chief vehicle designer at Mercedes-Benz Robert Lešnik and others. This is how the From Talent to Success manual was created. It is worth remembering that, within the framework of entrepreneurship, the attitude of talented leaders is based on both compassion and respect for the personality and specific talents of employees and the creation of an environment where each individual can express his ideas and suggestions without fear (Vladić, Maletič, D. and Maletič, M., 2021 ). In fact, this is the only correct way, as it ensures the long-term existence and progress of the organization by recruiting new talent and constantly developing existing staff (Gallardo et al., 2015; Lepak and Snell, 1999).
