At DocuWare GmbH, I worked as a Quantitative UX Researcher, leveraging my expertise in research methods and data analysis to improve the user experience of our cloud-based content management solutions. Using empirical research methods from computer science, quantitative social science, and other fields, I conducted user research that informed product design and development decisions. Through this work, I successfully introduced and investigated user behavior and needs, acquiring fundamental data analysis knowledge and relevant programming skills that enabled me to optimize the data analysis process. Specifically, I was able to answer at least 95% of quantitative questions within two days, rather than the previous one-week turnaround time.

In addition to my individual contributions, I took a main part in several key projects that resulted in valuable analysis reports for the whole company. These reports provided insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points that benefited multiple departments, including product management, product development, marketing, and controlling. By collaborating with UX designers, product owners, developers, and other stakeholders, I helped create an outstanding user experience that sets DocuWare apart from standard business solutions. Through my unique perspective and approach to UX research, I was able to uncover insights that informed business strategy and contributed to the company's success.

Quantitative UX Researcher

At DocuWare GmbH, I worked as a User Interface Designer, focusing on creating engaging and intuitive interfaces for cloud-based content management solutions.
