Head of Operations

During my time as Business Development Manager I worked as project manager on all web development projects. It was natural to grow into a role, where I'm in charge of our web team.

Since we have streamlined our product portfolio, I have standardized and automated all the digital processes of onboarding new customers in our B2B Marketing Framework. All tasks are distributed to our specialists ensuring a great overview for individuals to see their pipeline. Furthermore, everyone has an overview of all tasks, who is in charge of what and what the status of each assignment is.

We have started programming only modular websites for better performance and higher flexibility for our customers.

Head of IT

My role is to optimize the processes of our company. 

I've implemented a new project management system with a focus on streamlining our workflows, project management and communication. Our specialists have released a great deal of administration time, which can now be focused on better performance for our customers.

I work as a project manager on all of our web development projects.

My next optimization project is to introduce modular programming to optimize our website/platform solution by making our solutions flexible with interchangeable modules.

Men's Lounge is a brand I co-founded in the beginning of 2016.

In the summer 2018, we sold half the shares, and I exited the daily operations.

In the beginning of 2019, we sold the company completely.

I worked as a Team Leader in "Horsens Ungdomsskole".

Since I started, we moved location and made collaborations with both the local school and other institutions to make our offers more attractive. We went from 47 registrations to 120 in a year. I'm very proud of that.

I made a marketing strategy from scratch, designed a website and optimized it, built the sales channels to attract leads and successfully negotiated additional 6 distribution contracts with companies in Balkan.

We went from 1 to 7 larger customers during my time in Denkos.

I was a normal bartender for 6 months before getting more responsibility. I was involved in marketing planning, shift scheduling and the strategy of the night club.

The job involved arranging meetings with entrepreneurs who needed a new website. My job was to advice and sell proper website solutions to different industries. Also it involved maintaining a healthy relationship to clients. 

I quit since I was starting in the University.

I returned to Business Solution as a part time job. 

The company has re-branded and is today known as “Plico”
