Who am I? I am Nery De León Makepeace and since I was a child I was a fan of the good use of the Spanish language. Many times I did not hand in the school homework because I spent time looking for words in the dictionary. When I found in the definition of a word another word that I did not understand, I also looked for it and thus spent long hours. I had the opportunity to put this training with words into practice when I worked in teaching Spanish to teenagers. One of my favorite activities in the classroom was to invent stories that the rest of the group had to continue. Sometimes we did the activity orally and other times in writing. What I discovered is that we all have stories to tell, and we all tell those stories differently. That’s why I teach Spanish as a second language. So you can start telling your own story in Spanish.
