Angry Creative

As the Director of Client Services it is my responsibility to oversee the client base at Angry Creative, and to support the Client Services Team with their clients. I am also responsible for the commercial strategy, as well as, onboarding and training up team members.

Director Of Client Services

As a Client Success Manager (CSM), I am responsible for managing clients from the first touch with our brand, to the go live of a website launch. The role requires me to quality MQLs into SQLs, project plan, negotiate project scope, execute workshops and deliver full projects. I manage clients across Europe, and the team that works on each individual project. At Angry Creative we partner with clients, and educate them in agile and scrum methodology, so that each project is run in a collaborative effort with the client ensuring full transparency. Within my first three months at Angry, I was on boarded onto more than ten clients and grew my biggest clients on average by 35%. I specialise in delivering strategic workshops helping clients reach their business goals. I am also responsible for any ongoing work on my clients projects, this involves resourcing developers, making sure all tasks are clear and time estimated is approved by my clients.

Senior Client Manager

HeySummit

I was hired at HeySummit to kickstart the community and education efforts. Over the course of the months there I created a new community that grew to over 400 members in 4 months, and I hosted varied activities for the community on a monthly basis. The community is focused on all remote summits & events, and what you can do to create, build & execute events that make money. 

During my time at HeySummit, I also started a podcast with a colleague on the same topic, where we interviewed 11 experts helping our listeners understand some of the challenges they might face in their event journey. We interviewed solo entrepreneurs who were successful eventpreueurs, but also large organisations like the Saatchi Gallery and listened to their experience with remote events.  

I launched the first course event series focused on remote speaking skills. With 19 experienced educators participating, we received over 300 participants in the first week of marketing the course. The course is unique in that each theme houses 3 or more experts giving the course participants a more holistic perspective on each topic. 

Some of my responsibilities at HeySummit include: 

-  Developing community engagement strategies and forming a plan for execution
-  Working on community focus initiatives; online courses, & live events
-  Working with our Growth, Product, and wider team to coordinate outreach and spread awareness
-  Management of our HeySummiteers community across all channels representing our brand and tone of voice
- Day to day engagement with those communities, encouraging interaction, and gaining insight into customer opinion to help us build a better product

Community & Education Manager

Human Made

As the Regional Sales Manager for EMEA my main responsibility is to increase our client base in my region, and to increase our product market share. 

Beside being focused on closing new sales for our professional services and our product, I am also in charge of sales training and onboarding for our global sales team. I created the first Sales Training Guide at Human Made that is planned to be used as a key tool for on-going sales training.

As the first Business Development hire at Human Made my focus lies on structuring intelligence, market research, iterating outbound activities, and experimenting in order to shape our client acquisition pipeline. I am also in charge of creating and implementing process for this team, as well as, validating Business Development inside of Human Made. 

As the Business Development manager I work globally supporting our regional Directors of Client Services, covering Americas, EMEA and APAC, including helping kick start our Japanese market. 

The Business Development team has within its first year of business discovery landed a new client, and alongside Design & Product has successfully conducted several market and audience research studies, documenting Human Made’s Ideal Client Profile. 

My responsibilities include:  

- Pioneering the initial steps and process in Business Development.
- Creating new revenue opportunities by educating our prospects about open source, digital experiences and the advantages Altis offers.
- Researching territories to determine market size and creating smart lead lists. 
-  Converting prospects into qualified leads. 
- Validating assumptions, and learning from controlled tests
- Supporting the front-lines in effectively managing targeted regional campaigns.
-  Qualifying prospects' needs and effectively mapping them to Human Made’s offerings.
-  Working closely with Sales and Marketing to implement strategy and process.
- Looking for new channels that can help drive sales and brand awareness.
- Client events; working with Marketing & Design to help organise events for clients and prospects. 
- Collaborating with Marketing to implement and execute a successful content distribution plan.
- Managing the Business Development part of the CRM.

Global Business Development Manager

GoDaddy

As a digital marketer I oversaw the execution of marketing and PR strategy for 16 months, including a successful product launch of Orion in July 2016 and the acquisition of ManageWP by GoDaddy in 2016. This resulted in coverage of the launch by notable WordPress blogs such as BobWP, WP Kube and WP Mayor. 

I have collaborated with the ManageWP Customer Happiness Team with the aim of improving our user experience, and implemented guidelines for all customer facing activity. This has resulted in our customer happiness ratings reaching over 90% highs. As part of my job, I was researching and validating new ideas for product development and feature requests. 

I conducted interviews and surveys with our users with the aim of collecting usable data to bring back to our engineering team. I focused also on UX research working closely with a UX architect and data analyst to create a customer segmentation scheme. 

With the acquisition my duties shifted to the global content team, focusing on communication with our GoDaddy Pro users. That included creating pertinent and educational materials for our Pro’s and raising the weekly user activation.

Marketing Manager

Oversight and execution of marketing and PR strategy, product launches, online and offline content, public events and trade-shows. WordPress community presence and influencing strategy development. Collaborating on projects with the Customer Happiness Team, and researching and validating new ideas for product development and feature requests. In charge of all social media, conversion optimization (CRO), web analytics, and connecting marketing initiatives with design and development teams. I also handled split testing and business intelligence.

PR & Digital Marketer (ManageWP acquired by GoDaddy)

Farmia

Content strategy, content creation and social media management for the Farmia website and blog. Planning and execution of PR outreach, which resulted in a successful feature article of Farmia on the news outlet tech.co. 

I was in charge of the localization projects, working with the engineering
team to translate the entire website into English and German, as well as developing initial launch marketing campaigns for the German speaking audience.

I worked at Brahler ICS in an organisational administrative role, where my responsibilities included organising interpreters for conferences, collaborating with colleagues from around the world and liaising with clients in order to ensure successful conferences. I was also put in charge of marketing and newsletters, informing clients of all our events and products, as well as writing about the company.

We reached out to headmasters and encouraged them to introduce our programme into their schools.
