- Realisation of Performance Management Reviews for the Direct Procurement team across locations in France, Germany and the UK, using various KPIs (delivery, shortages, defect occurrences, ...).

- Realisation of a time-study survey to assess how the Direct Procurement team uses its time on specific tasks; analysis and cross-country comparison of the results, drafting of recommendations.

- Creation of an annual report for Commodity leaders to fill in order to provide an overview of the commodity market and Rockwell Collins' position in it.
