I help men and women aged 30-50 in corporate jobs fix their posture, shed fat, get rid of brain fog, and live healthier, happier lives BEFORE their health becomes an issue.

My coaching is best suited for former athletes or movers; people who are committed enough to do the work if they're given a plan and a reason to do it. Who want to return to sport and simply playing with their kids without fearing injury or pain.
