My career started in the electronics industry as a Learning & Development professional and subsequently, I took a bold decision to step out of my comfort zone to develop as a commercial professional. Now with 2 decades of commercial experience, I have worked across a multitude of industries such as electronics, education, interactive technology. In 2012, I went back to my passion in the Learning & Development industry and continued my self-development working in global training providers. I am grateful to be able to travel extensively to meet clients in Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, The Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, India and Australia. I would describe myself as a vulnerable leader, practise Servant Leadership as a model guided by my faith. Being a Singaporean, my effective bilingual skills also helps me to communicate across Asia easily.
