Primary systems partner to Amplitude’s Customer Success, Professional Services, and Product (Internal Tools) teams. Managed project roadmap, development, and deployment of technology related to these internal groups.

✅ Became certified in Gainsight administration, and created / QA’d critical automation in Amplitude’s MVP launch of Gainsight in under three months – creating a holistic 360 view of Amplitude’s customers and flagging potential churn early in a customer’s lifecycle

✅ Enabled Amplitude as an organization to report on PLG motions by designing and building the necessary infrastructure and data pipelines in collaboration with Internal Tools, RevOps, and BizOps

✅ Mitigated potential data retention compliance issues by creating an automated solution for flagging churned customer accounts and managing their data deletion approvals among internal Sales, Customer Success, and Legal teams

✅ Improved data quality, reduced administrative efforts, and set up the foundation for automation for CS / PS Ops by migrating our existing Mavenlink Projects / Kantata integration from Opportunity-based to SKU-based creation

Staff Business Systems Analyst

Technical and strategic partner to Amplitude’s Marketing, SDR, and Partnerships teams – supported existing tools and designed and implemented optimizations between Marketo, LeanData, FullCircle, and Salesforce to improve Lead to Cash flows.
 
✅ Increased pipeline routed to SDR teams while removing technical debt and promoting campaign self-service within the Marketing team by overhauling existing functionality within Salesforce for lead management and attribution

✅ Refreshed Amplitude’s usage of LeanData for Lead / Contact routing to ensure qualified Leads and Contacts are routed to the appropriate SDR by geography and market segment while adding SLA notifications to ensure timely SDR follow-up

✅ Reduced the number of manual hours needed from Accounting to compute overages by designing and building an automated overage calculation process in Salesforce

✅ Streamlined Amplitude partner registration and interactions like deal registration and opportunity management by integrating a new partner portal (Impartner) with Salesforce
